COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Harmonic Drive SH-25-50-2A-GR-SP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Generic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK90331VZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XFCG manufactured by Generic and we are pleased to be able to service most Generic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZDVSM4110T by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Triconex Brand 3004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ex-cell-o such as SHV30Y8B equipment made by Ex-cell-o have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ex-cell-o products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ex-cell-o" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SS77506 made by Peer as well as the popular Torq493 original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 891031 by Abb and SHV30Y8B spares by Ex-cell-o are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TXMQ32964180TC180TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iron. |
